Downpour Coast & Croft Gin is a vibrant Scottish gin which is distilled at the North Uist Distillery in the Outer Hebrides.
Tasting Notes
On the nose vibrant citrus notes to start off. It is a gin drenched in island flavour with pepper dulse seaweed from the coast and wild thyme from the croft. Followed my wild umami sea to finish.
Downpour Coast & Croft Gin uses a mixture of traditional and locally foraged botanicals including:
- Juniper
- Pepper Dulce Seaweed
- Wild Thyme
- Coriander Seed
- Pink Peppercorn
- Citrus
Perfect Serve:
Best served with tonic, plenty of ice and either a slice of cucumber or fresh thyme and lemon.
