Shipping policy

We are currently only shipping within the UK.

All our orders will be shipped by Royal Mail or Parcel Force, and due to our remote location, we cannot guarantee shipping times, but generally your order should be with you between 3-5 working days for a standard delivery and 1-2 working days for special delivery. All orders are tracked, and a signature from someone 18 years or older will always be required.

Our deliveries are calculated on the weight of the order.

In the event of any delivery problems, including non-delivery you must report this to The Island Spirit Whisky Shop within 28 days of the date of the dispatch confirmation.

Orders over £150 are free.
