Isle of Raasay, The Chinkapin Single Malt

The Chinkapin is the third, core single malt whisky release from The Isle of Raasay Distillery, 50.2% ABV, natural colour, non-chill filtered. Peated and unpeated spirit crafted with 100% Scottish barley and matured, separately, in fresh and refill Chinkapin Oak casks, then married together to create their signature lightly peated style of whisky.
