Abhainn Dearg X 10 year old Single Malt

As a small privately owned and run distillery, everything they do in creating their unique single malt is labour intensive.

They sow and grow their own barley at Goathill Farm, near Stornoway, where they harvest it themselves. The barley is dried by peat fires at the distillery using local peat from their own peat banks. They use their specially designed stills, based on old illicit island stills. They even hand filter and fill every bottle by hand.

Abhainn Dearg are passionate about their whisky and their distillery and hope you enjoy savouring it as much as they have enjoyed creating it.
