Un-peated this time, it's a 12 year old Craigmills, distilled at Glenglassaugh Distillery and FULLY MATURED in a single first-fill Tawny Port barrique.
A quaint little highland distillery, Glenglassaugh sits slap bang in the middle between Buckie and Banff, on Scotland's northern coast.
This particular Craigmills was distilled in 2011 and then immediately filled into a first fill Tawny Port barrique. 12 years later it was picked up by Glaschu Spirits Co., eager to get this delicious liquid into glass.

Nose:
Stewed berries, festive spices of cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger with orange zest

Taste:
Juicy raisins, mirabelle plum, and vanilla ice cream

Finish:
Super rich and sticky, dried raspberry and melted dark chocolate
